As a starting point, we analyzed urban sociability in São Paulo, characterized today by apex of the process of urban, globalization and the existence of new centralities in the city expanded, causing changes in the urban area and consequently, the sociability, emphasizing value such as: incivility, intolerance and segregation. Furthermore, this process causes also the transience and uncertainty of / on social relations. Then, in fact we get on the ground the study object, performing a brief characterization of the area. The analysis involves the transformation of the Chácara das Flores to Vila Olimpia, understood today as one of the youngest centralities in São Paulo. The methodology was based on technical research exploratory, in which we conduct regular visits to places of sociability and interviews with old and new residents. As results we believe we have achieved a peculiar dynamic between the social actors inhabit this new centrality, noting a certain lack of respect social between the old and new residents of the neighborhood. This absence is marked by a space conflict, in view of the existence of an urban life reduced by the distribution of global capital and the reduction of spaces public interaction, which supports the idea of urban planning subject to the logic of private interest.
